What's the difference?
The training plan option provides a customized plan designed for your goal race. The Personal Running Coach option provides a customized dynamic plan that provides ongoing feedback and adjustment based on your schedule and training.
What's next?
Once we receive your email, we will send you our runner's packet. This includes a detailed questionnaire about your running history and goals. We then review the information and schedule a follow up with you via phone or Skype to get to know you and determine if we are a good fit for coaching.
Will it work for me?
Absolutely. We can create a schedule for any race distance from 5k to the marathon. It doesn't matter if you've never ran a step before or you are an experienced veteran, you can benefit from working will a coach.
How is training delivered?
Once you sign up, you will have access to your training calendar via Final Surge. You will receive a daily email outlining your workout. You will also be able to sync your workout data with Final Surge.
